Legends of Motown

LEGENDARY MOTOWN HIT-MAKERS

The Miracles are a highly influential singing group that emerged in the 1960s as part of the Motown sound. Led by the charismatic and talented Smokey Robinson, the group achieved great success with their smooth harmonies, soulful vocals, and infectious melodies. They are known for their impeccable vocal performances and their ability to blend elements of R&B, doo-wop, and pop music.

The Miracles produced an amazing 26 Top 40 songs, including “Shop Around,” “The Tracks of My Tears,” “Tears of a Clown,” “I Second That Emotion.” “Ooh, Baby Baby” “Mickey’s Monkey” “Goin’ to A-Go-Go” and many more. Smokey wrote most of their songs. Their music captivated audiences with its heartfelt lyrics and catchy hooks, and they became one of Motown’s most successful acts. As one of the first black groups to achieve mainstream success, they paved the way for other Motown artists and left a lasting impact on the music industry as a whole.

The Miracles timeless music continues today led by “ Smokey sound-alike” Sydney Justin, to be celebrated and enjoyed by fans around the world, and their legacy continues as one of the greatest singing groups in Motown history.
