About Annie Aiello:

In 1977, Annie’s parents bought her a special birthday gift. It was a hand-picked, Olivia Newton-John vinyl album that still sits in her collection, “Have You Never Been Mellow.” This album sparked Annie’s passion not only for singing, performance and her own musical endeavors, but it was the start of a life-long admiration and esteem of the beautiful woman we all know as, Olivia Newton-John.

For more than 20 years, Annie has been a trusted talent, singer/songwriter in the Chicago music scene in both corporate and non-profit environments. She has sung both domestically and globally for large non-profit organizations, was a “Round 2” candidate on “The Voice”, recorded alongside Chicago native and 80’s icon, Richard Marx as well as several Nashville artists and co-wrote a song with Dove Award Winner, Nicole C. Mullen. In 2008 Annie released an album titled, “Brighter Day” co-written alongside Chicago vocalist, musician and composer, Paul Langford.

Annie’s love for Olivia Newton-John’s music has never waned. She credits Olivia’s voice and musical influence for her own successful music career. “Returning to the music of my childhood feels like home.  For me, it was always Olivia. I always returned to her. Olivia’s authentic humility, obvious musical gifts, sincere love for people has forever endeared her to my heart and the hearts of millions spanning multiple generations. She is one of life’s true sweethearts.”

In memory of Olivia Newton-John and for those Annie has personally lost in her own life from cancer, Annie is dedicated to raising funds The Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Center (ONJCWC).   She donates a portion of her earnings on the Always Olivia show to this important and worthwhile charitable organization and encourages everyone who loves the timeless music of Olivia Newton-John to do the same. Let’s work toward a world beyond cancer – together!
