Founding Member of Alabama
& The Allstar Goodtime Band

Jeff Cook – a/k/a “Mr. Musician” -- is a founding Member (Vocals, Lead Guitar and Fiddle) of the country supergroup ALABAMA, one of the 20 best-selling acts of all time; in the US alone, they have sold more albums than Elvis and the Beatles combined!   Jeff’s ALABAMA career resulted in 21 gold, platinum and multi-platinum albums, 42 number one singles, 2 Grammies, 23 American Music Awards, 3 CMA Entertainer of the Year Awards, ACM’s Artist of the Decade, RIAA’s Group of the Century, and more than 78 million records sold.  In November of 2005, Jeff and his ALABAMA band mates received Country Music’s highest honor, being inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

After retiring from the road in 2004, ALABAMA left millions of fans wanting more of the down-home country music they had been enjoying for almost 3 decades.  So Jeff cranked up his Allstar Goodtime Band (AGB) to bring audiences a Smokin’, House-Rockin’ Goodtime Show.

Now, with his AGB bandmates and a rejuvenated enthusiasm for performing, Jeff is back on stage again, singing some of his 25 years of hits plus his own special blend of “Country, Soul, & Rock ‘n’ Roll”.  Jeff plays and electrifying lead guitar (he received the Orville H. Gibson Award as Guitarist of the Year by the Gibson Guitar Company in 2001), and all those ”hot licks” on the fiddle you hear are Jeff as well.

Between the guitar and fiddle, you would think Jeff stays pretty busy. Well, “Mr. Energy” also plays keyboards, bass, mandolin and drums and is currently touring again with ALABAMA.
